Michael founded Hay Hill Property in 2019 and has over 10 years experience in commercial agency and lease restructuring, predominantly representing occupiers in all aspects of commercial real estate. Over the years he has become a seasoned negotiator with an in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market
Michael has a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his friends and family and is a keen golfer and tennis player.
